How does it work?


We can do 100% of the purchase price or 70% of the open market value.


example:  John pays £200,000 for a property worth £300,000.


On this scenario we would lend 70% of the OMV which is 70% of £300,000  i.e. £210,000  

in 6 months time an ordinary 85% LTV BTL re-mortgage could be used to refinance away from the Bridging Loan.

How does it work?


We can do 100% of the purchase price or 70% of the open market value.


example:  John pays £200,000 for a property worth £300,000.


On this scenario we would lend 70% of the OMV which is 70% of £300,000  i.e. £210,000  

in 6 months time an ordinary 85% LTV BTL re-mortgage could be used to refinance away from the Bridging Loan. So a £255,000 BTL mortgage is enough to clear the Bridge Loan and raise extra cash.
